Salary: $135,000 - $140,000 / year
Other Forms of Compensation: Eligible for annual bonus
Job Summary
The Resident Regional Director of Operations will be responsible for the success of a large hospital Environmental Services account, managing client relations, along with ensuring that the services offered to customers is of superior quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrates good rapport and strategic alignment with our clients as well as a much larger role in administrative functions
* Focuses on the needs and requirements of the client using service based solutions and best practices to exceed expectations
* Maintains and supports client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention
* Prepares and implements departmental goals and objectives of the Housekeeping department
* Supports analysis of department’s financial data and statistics
* Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
* 3-5 years of relevant management experience, ideally as a Director of Environmental Services in a hospital setting
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
* Must possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures
* Displays general business acumen
* High customer service and quality attitude
