Job Summary
Training Table is seeking a motivated and service-focused Floor Supervisor to support daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is responsible for overseeing front-of-house staff, ensuring service standards are met, resolving guest concerns, and maintaining a positive, team-oriented environment.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Supervise front-of-house team members during assigned shifts.
* Ensure excellent guest service and promptly address guest concerns.
* Monitor dining room operations to maintain efficient service and hospitality standards.
* Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance expectations.
* Collaborate with management and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Support opening and closing procedures, including completion of daily checklists.
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
* Monitor staffing needs and communicate operational issues to management.
* Foster a positive work environment built on teamwork, accountability, and professionalism.
Qualifications
* 1-3 years of restaurant, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Excellent guest service and conflict-resolution abilities.
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
