You support nutrition and well-being strategies across all categories including biscuit, gum, candy, chocolate, beverages and meals for the business unit. Your interactions are across multiple functional groups such as product development, marketing, regulatory and scientific affairs, global teams, and nutrition organizations. How you will contribute Working with regulatory and scientific affairs, brand teams, consumer insights, nutrition research, and legal, to promote nutrition and well-being messages and claim development across various media (packaging, advertising, websites, recipes, materials for nutrition/health professionals, etc.). You will provide strategic guidance to product development and marketing on nutrition criteria, assessing, and report compliance with established internal nutrition requirements. In addition, you will lead internal nutrition and well-being education programs to increase employee knowledge and awareness on relevant topics and implement local health influencer outreach programs and nutrition conference strategies to drive brand credibility and growth. This role will require you to partner with regulatory and science affairs, corporate affairs and global nutrition network to support external influencing strategies and stakeholders’ communication related to nutrition agenda. What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: * Nutrition communications, preferably in food industry * Food regulations and claim application * Translating scientific knowledge into relevant and credible messages. * Public speaking * Project management with creativity and determination to evolve successful solutions, ability to multi-task, and meet multiple deadlines * Working independently with high autonomy * Dietitian or nutritionist accreditation or registered with and official professional nutrition body is preferred More about this role * Drive the NA S4/o9 Communications agenda * Own The NA S4/o9 Intranet page development and management * Lead content development including written and video * Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of communications strategies * Support change management initiatives with communications needs * Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree Job specific requirements: * Experience building communications strategies and content * Previous experience in SAP system implementation projects related to S4Hana leading communication programs * Understanding of audience and best practices for engagement * Strong organizational and program management abilities * Previous experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or similar industries. * Strong influencing skills * Knowledge of tools such as SharePoint, O365 and SAP environment * Travel requirements: Occasionally within NA locations Work schedule: Hybrid The base salary range for this position is $95,100 - $130,800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time. Salary and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,790; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
