Job Description:

The Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood community named Best Continuing Care Retirement Community 2024 by U.S. News & World Report, is hiring a full-time Clinical Liaison for its Skilled Nursing team.

Under general supervision, the Clinical Liaison (a.k.a Admissions Director or Post-Acute Liaison) is responsible for generating business from referral sources to meet the communitys revenue and census goals. The majority of this position is spent in outside sales developing relationships with community hospitals, physician offices, community health clinics and other community outreach programs. This position contributes to the success of HumanGood by coordinating external professional relationships for the community with an emphasis in Skilled Nursing components of senior living to achieve the highest possible occupancy within budgetary and regulatory guidelines.

** Annual Salary Range: $65,000 to $85,000 (DOE) plus Commission ** Work hours: 9am 5pm (may be amended when necessary)

To be successful in this role you would have:

* Two or more years in a related field that demonstrates the ability to work in a long-term care setting, preferably with geriatric residents, admissions, and a marketing background

* Current or prior Admissions, Clinical, or Post-Acute Liaison experience within a skilled nursing facility preferred

* Clinical license such as RN, LPN, RT, IT or SLP preferred

* Bachelors Degree, Medical or Business education or training preferred

* Therapist (PT, OP, or SP), LCSW, Nurse, MPH, or Marketing Specialist experience preferred

* Valid drivers license
