Your efforts will eventually be noticed by those who matter, leading to stellar references. Even if you feel undervalued, the most important thing is to know your worth and believe that perseverance will pay off.

There is no reason you can’t join their ranks if you approach your work with the right mindset and don’t let workplace discrimination bring you down. You have just as much opportunity as anyone else.
